Your guide to who will face who in the first knockout round of the Champions League
The route to European football's greatest prize became clearer today as the Round of 16 matches for the 2013/14 Champions League were drawn in Nyon, Switzerland. Sixteen of UEFA's elite have been thrown together in eight ties, as one of club football's toughest competitions reaches its knockout stages.
The group winners from the previous round were seeded and drawn second, and will therefore have the benefit of playing away in the first leg of each tie, before competing at home in the return matches. The Round of 16 first leg matches will be split over the nights of the 18/19 and 25/26 of February, with the second legs to be played over the 11/12 and 18/19 of March.
