Dubbed the "Hand of God" by the legend himself, Maradona famously rose to "head" the ball but clearly used his fist to prod the ball past past England goalie Peter Shilton and into the net.

Argentina went on to win the game 2-1 before lifting the World Cup. The English have remained incensed ever since, particularly after the man later claimed the goal was his all-time favourite as it was like "picking the pocket of the English".
