Daniele De Rossi

There is a lot of noise surrounding Roma's midfielder Daniele De Rossi, and much if it is hinting at a move to Manchester City. The Independent has claimed that De Rossi has been taking English lessons. The Guardian has reported that though Roberto Mancini may be keen on signing De Rossi, the final decision may be based on how much City and raise from selling its own players.
