The group stage of the 2013-14 Champions League reaches its climax this week, with teams playing their final games across Europe. Matchday 6 takes place in groups A-D on Tuesday, before things in groups E-H are wrapped up a day later.

Bayern Munich, Manchester United and Real Madrid are amongst a clutch of teams that are a step ahead of everyone else and have already secured safe passage to the last 16. However, for several other sides, this week will be a nervous one as they are forced to endure the scramble for the few remaining qualification spots.

In preparation for two of the most exciting evenings in European football, we round up who's through safely, who could join them and what they need to do to reach the next round.
