SINGAPORE: Gombak United will skip the next S League season.
This is the second time the Bulls have pulled out in 15 seasons.
Gombak chairman John Yap said their temporary exit is a precautionary measure to avoid financial difficulties.
He called their withdrawal "a sabbatical".
Yap explained that the time will be used to restructure the club’s business model.
Previously, Gombak pulled out in 2003 due to a S$1 million debt.
