England were drawn against Uruguay and Costa Rica, as well as Italy, in their World Cup group, leading manager Roy Hodgson to prioritise pre-tournament friendlies against Central and South American nations.
Hodgson's side will play Peru at Wembley on May 30, before travelling to Miami for a warm-weather training camp.
They will tackle Ecuador on June 4 and Honduras on June 7, with both games taking place at the Sunlife Stadium, home of the Miami Dolphins NFL team.
"I'm delighted with the games we have been able to secure and the programme running up to the World Cup in general," Hodgson said.
"I was clear to those responsible at the FA that I was looking for Central and South American opposition ahead of the tournament and that is exactly what has been delivered."
It will be the first time that England have played either Peru or Honduras.
