Kick the ball, not the boy!

Eden Hazard has just served his three-match ban for kicking 17-year-old ball boy Charlie Morgan in a League Cup game at Swansea City, an absence coinciding with Chelsea's winless run.
Hinting on his Twitter before the game that he would waste time if the need arose, Morgan, son of a Swansea director, incurred Hazard's wrath late in the match when he used his body to protect the ball. After the game, the Belgian apologized for the kick, while the FA also failed to extend the "violent conduct" ban.
Here, AFP Sports looks at some other sporting controversies featuring the boys and girls employed to help keep the action going.
