Unscheduled board meeting halts Hull-Arsenal
Play was momentarily suspended during Arsenal's Premier League game at Hull City on Sunday when a number of advertising boards were blown onto the pitch.
There were four minutes on the clock at the KC Stadium when the wind sent a scattering of the white advertising hoardings tumbling across the playing surface, forcing the referee to stop the game.
As bemused players looked on, Hull's ground staff came on to remove the boards from the pitch and carry them away, after which the match resumed.
Arsenal's trip to Hull is a dress rehearsal for this season's FA Cup final, which will take place on May 17.
