NBA all-star George inks extension with Pacers
The Indiana Pacers have signed all-star Paul George to a multi-year contract extension, the National Basketball Association team announced.
Financial terms were not disclosed Wednesday, but George was eligible to earn as much as $90 million on a five-year deal under the league's collective bargaining agreement.
The 23-year-old American averaged 7.8 points as a rookie and 12.1 points during his second NBA season.
The Pacers selected George with the 10th overall pick in the 2010 draft.
