Launched to a media frenzy back in March, Stella McCartney's Team GB kit has met with a mixed response. The style cognoscenti have praised the decon motif while others are bemoaning the lack of red and the mangling of the union flag. Let's not forget that the designs are the fruit of two years of intense collaboration with athletes and sports professionals. Performance-wise, they are the business. But the incoherent motif, wishy-washy colour and those unflattering belted jackets are a bit of a let-down.
