Knicks breakout star Jeremy Lin has grabbed the headlines lately, but it's the Miami Heat and Oklahoma City Thunder topping the standings as the hectic NBA season reaches its All-Star break.

The three days of exhibition festivities which started Friday wil culiminate in the prized NBA All-Star game, which takes place Sunday and will be played in Orlando. Here's a detailed rundown of the list of players who will be starting.

Let's start with the eastern conference, and the NBA's best player, LeBron James.

East - LeBron James
LeBron James is the best basketball player on the planet. While Kobe may still have the rings and a more complete scoring game, LeBron is a much better athlete who is only entering his athletic prime.

He's having a MVP worthy season with 27.6 points, 8.1 rebounds and 6.8 assists a game.
