Rain delays second day of S. Africa-India Test

A light drizzle was falling at the scheduled start of play. It cleared enough for the covers to be removed but returned while the players were warming up.
India were 181 for one when bad light brought an early close on Thursday with 29 overs still due to be bowled.
Murali Vijay was unbeaten on 91 and had shared an unbeaten second wicket partnership of 140 with Cheteshwar Pujara (58 not out).
Lunch was brought forward by half an hour. With the sky clearing, it was hoped play would be possible during the afternoon.
The series is tied at 0-0 after the first Test in Johannesburg ended in a draw.
