How fit are you today?
Getting the popular and expected ones out of the way first, yes, there's your health at hand. Ask yourself: How's that tummy looking lately? Have you been eating right? What's your resting heart rate per minute like? Did you know that a healthy person's heart BPMs is around 50-53? Improve your condition, no matter its current state, today.

Tired after a hard day's work? The regular runner isn't
How do you feel after a solid nine-hour work day? Tired? The average runner isn't. Instead, the average runner often has the energy to get home from work, go running, do some chores before jumping right into a night out on the town. And should the average runner feel like it, there's even energy left to wake up early the next morning, go run again. Believe it.

Can't handle the stress?
Be it stress in the workplace, at home or anyone else imaginable, you can count on the average runner handling it better than the average Joe. The sheer mental strength that long distance runners acquire over time and practice makes that extra pile of office paperwork as easy as breakfast. It's no surprise that running is as much a mental challenge as it is physical. Even running for 20 minutes a day will toughen you up mentally and give you the tools for coping with everyday stress.
