It's cheap!
There's quite simply no cheaper or more accessible form of physical activity with as much benefits as running. Cycling? Got to have a bike for that; Gym? Might need a membership for that; Futsal? Have you tried coordinating 10 people to be at the same place at the same time you simply felt like it? All you need to go running is, well, some shoes and feet to fill them. There's no other sport that just lets you go when you want to go, is so cheap, accessible and gives you as much reward for doing it.

Endorphins - Nothing like an athletic orgasm
Exercise, - in this case running, releases a 'feel-good' chemical in your body called endorphins. Endorphins are the juices that flow through you that make you feel happy and excited. It is also released during other kinds of human experiences such as laughter, eating spicy food and popularly, during orgasms. Before going on a date, try sneaking in a quick 20 minute run before you head off. Feel the difference.

Don't be the office fatty!
No one likes to be this person. So don't let it be you! While chubs might have a great personality, girls (or guys) at the club aren't going to walk across the room to say 'hi' to your personality. If they're coming over, it's because you look That. Damn. Good...
