At the upcoming ONE FC: Kings & Champions, which will be held on 5 April at the Singapore Indoor Stadium, Ng will take on French fighter Arnaud Lepont.

Lepont is the more experienced MMA fighter, with a 9-2 record card to Eddie’s 5-1. However, Ng is hoping that his multi-disciplinary training over the past two years has prepared him for anything that the Frenchman can throw at him.

“MMA is so popular, it’s captured everyone’s attention because it’s very fast, dynamic and unpredictable,” says Ng. “You think it’s gonna go one way… but you never can be certain, if you turn away for a second, something will change.”

While you’re waiting for the next big ONE FC event, check out our photos of ONE FC: Return of Warriors which was held in Kuala Lumpur earlier this month.

Not being scared when Mount Tai collapses before one's eyes; not being frightened when the thunder claps nearby. Good luck, mate.
