Terence Ong wins adidas Deadly Assault Challenge

Representatives of sports apparel giant adidas presided over moments of football brilliance at the Unleash Deadly Challenge that featured five unique football assault courses designed and built from ideas by Singaporean youth.

The five courses were created from a pool of a thousand ideas sent in between June 4 to June 29, 2012.

From dribbling your way through a minefield to trapping as many footballs at the Deadly Ball Drop, the adidas Unleash Deadly Challenge saw close to 450 footballers participate to conquer and unleash their skills at the uniquely engaging challenge at Ngee Ann City Civic Plaza over the weekend.

Out the 450 entrants, the top five with the fastest timing walked away with SGD $2,000 in adidas cash vouchers, an Official Match Ball for the Euro 12, and an adidas miCoach SPEED_CELL.

Terence Ong (pictured above in white) proved to be the fastest and deadliest amongst the top 5 with a time of 13:68s while Mohd Helmi, Adil James, Kohsuke and Lester Lim finished the course in 14:31s, 15:21s, 15:66s and 16:78s respectively.
