The sexy & successful wife of NHL player Mike Fisher

Professional ice hockey player, Mike Fisher hooked himself quite a catch when he married the winner of the fourth season of American Idol, Carrie Underwood.

The duo started dating back in 2008 when Fisher met the country singer during one of her concerts. The couple eventually got hitched in 2010 at The Ritz-Carlton Lodge, Reynolds Plantation in Greensboro, Georgia.

Since her American Idol win in 2005, Carrie Underwood has progressed to a fulfilling and award-winning career. With four well-received albums under her belt, the Golden Globe nominee has also won several Grammy Awards, Billboard Music Awards and American Music Awards.

Carrie Underwood is also a three-time Academy of Country Music and Country Music Association Female Vocalist winner, and has also won ACM Entertainer of the Year twice. To top it all off, Carrie Underwood became the American Idol Top Earner in the United States in 2011, with her wildly successful sale records of more than 13 million albums and over 22.5 million digital tracks.

And let's not forget, this pretty songstress is also happily married to a hunky dory NHL player, Mike Fisher.
