Finding a comfortable pace

You don't need stopwatches, coaches or doctors for this one. Steer clear of all those things with one simple test: The Talk Test. If you can manage holding a conversation without losing your breath while running, then that's your comfort zone. If you seem to be running out of breath while trying this, slow down, test again.
