Cheap, quick fix for nipple sores?

Why does it happen? Well, the nipple is a sensitive spot. Sweat that dries leaves tiny salt-like particles on your body. That, and a soaking shirt that's trying its best to stick your body, is like taking sandpaper to your nipples. Ouch. There are shops that'll sell you all kinds of specific and special nipple tapes for a price we'd rather not pay.

Quick fix? Good old Cello tape. Works a charm in keeping the area protected from your sweaty shirt, is cheap, easy to find around the house, and comes off easy after (the sweat will help it right off).

Here's a top tip though: Fold a 1/3 of the tape you've cut off over. The folded bit then doesn't stick to your body and makes a sort of handle for you pull the tape off easily later.
