Personally, we prefer to leave the keys at home and run empty handed. But not everyone has the privilege of someone at home to open the doors when they get home. Running-specific shorts from brands like Nike always have cleverly placed pockets to minimize the effect carrying items like keys when running have.

Despite this, we find very distracting to have a set of keys bouncing about in whatever pockets and making that horribly annoying ringing noise. Quick fix: Rubber bands. Wrap the whole thing up in a solid bunch, and it'll be a Silent Night. (Yes, Christmas is over, but we couldn't help it)
