Portrait taken in 1978 in Bastia of Dutch forward Johnny Rep, who reached the UEFA final with his club that same year. With the club of Ajax Amsterdam, Rep won the European Champions Cup in 1973 along with two championship titles and two Cups (1972, 1973).
He also won the French championship title with Saint-Etienne (1981). Selected 42 times with the national soccer team, Rep scored 12 goals reaching the World Cup final twice in 1974 and 1978, losing respectively to West Germany and Argentina.
